NZAIMS congratulates the Ministry of Education for its new website nzcurriculum.tki.org.nz/Ministry-curriculum-guides/Middle-schooling . The August update includes a vodcast from Brian Hincho, another from Graeme Evans, MYSA President and "Inside the Teenage Brain". The MOE website offers member schools and teachers a wealth of professional development related material.

The NZAIMS executive also congratulates the organisers for the 2010 AIMS Games www.nzaimsport.co.nz/ and wishes all participants a great week in Tauranga from 5 to 9 September. Thank you to Sport Bay of Plenty, organising Intermediate Schools and the numerous parents and other support persons who work at making this event the success it is each year.
